This shows a statistical association from a linear regression fit on real WHR data — not a causal prediction of what would happen to a real country. The six factors are the WHR's own "explained contribution" values, which are already scaled to be additive components of the happiness score by construction; the regression's ~69% held-out R² reflects exactly how much of the score these six factors explain once the report's own baseline/residual term is excluded.
